Simple textbook question for all of you

Postby Otaku on Mon Feb 14, 2011 4:17 pm

This question is not so much for New Horizon textbook users, but rather for the other 4 textbooks on the site.

I am adding a new page on the site that will be home to activities focusing on practicing ALL the question words in one activity. I know where I am going to put that link on the New Horizon pages, BUT I need to know from One World, New Crown, Total English and Sunshine users where I should put the link in your textbooks?

Hit me back, here.

Thanks!

I know where each of the textbooks teach these questions words. The problem is the textbooks teach the question words separately, throughout the book(s).

NEW HORIZON has a place in the first grade textbook, where they finally group these questions words together as a review for making questions.

I have made a new page on the site that is strictly for activities that don't focus on ONE question word, but rather ALL of them (except for 'why' cuz that is pretty standardly taught in the second book). Note the following link for more details: http://jhsenglipediaproject.com/JHS_Grammar_Question_ReviewOfAll.aspx

Does that make more sense?

In Sunshine,
the only place i see so far is after chapter (program) 6. its rather brief, but its in the lets practice section, sentence structure part, on page 55.
it includes:

what
who
which
where
when.

how is also used somewhat such as, "how are you" and "hows the weather# but isnt taught in the sense of "how do you come to school" or "how does Kanzi communicate with the scientist" until chapter 9-3.
