Well if Ann Green is their new teacher and NOT their ALT Wakaba JHS and the BOE in Wakaba City have a serious problem on their hands. Letting a foreign teacher handle a JHS class room without the presence of a JTE? It's just plain blasphemy!
On the other hand, since Ann Green is their teacher it's no wonder why ALL the kids speak perfect English, Japanese English that is.

Seriously though, it wasn't until GETAK mentioned that Sato has no role in the textbook that I realized she is nil in ALL the New Horizon textbooks. It's like the textbook makers put Sato in the textbook for mere tongue & cheek.
