I took a brief look around on that site.
It looks decent enough. Don't like how he/she slaps their website URL on all of the worksheets.
Maybe I missed something on the site, but besides providing Vocabulary Spelling Tests and jumble sentences you need to put back together in English, what other materials are on that site?

Nothing really so far as I see, but one thing it helps with is saving time when the teacher has to translate everything. The rearranging sentence part is good practice as well for when they have to take the HS entrance exam.
