New look to submission forms

I've added a 'form collapse' option to the JHS form. If it is received well, I'll add it to the rest of the forms.

What do you think?

I like the efficiency. But the blue bulleted buttons at top look a little rough on the eyes. (This is not an offer to help, as well all know how long it will take to get finished. )

The look is good but I just made a submission and it won't let me select text once I write it in the box. I usually write my submission in the box and then paste it to word for spell checking so my latest submission is going to have some spelling errors guaranteed.
