Arcade Score Problem

Postby pakalika on Wed Nov 30, 2011 11:26 am

When playing a game and go to submit your score. I get this error, "There was missing session data for this game play. This is usually caused by pressing the back button on the web browser to play to game. Please use the links inside the arcade to replay the game. If you must use the back button, make sure to press refresh in the browser after pressing back." I have tried playing the game in a different window and even just the play game button and I keep getting this error.

I guess that is just God's (or maybe the spaghetti monster's) way of saying you shouldn't be playing games during work?

Prepare for what is next in the text book, make English materials that could be used later, think up new games, study Japanese, study English (like I am to get a TESOL certificate, study any other foreign language, teach yourself a new skill, and that is all I thought up in about 30 seconds. I am sure there are a lot better things you can do with your time than playing games.

don't know what next week is going to be since they will be getting there test back that day and most likely my classes will be canceled again. I find out tomorrow what I need to do for next. I do not like to sit around and make things and waste paper when schools are on a tight budget. I make things as needed, when needed. I will not study japanese or anything else because I have seen teacher lose there jobs over doing that. Playing games or reading things on this forum are one in the same to me.

I'm getting the same errors. Sucked cuz I stole back some of my old high scores...sadly they didn't count.

I'm guessing this glitch will be sorted when the rest of the wrinkles on the forum get smoothed out.

Studying English so you might become a better English teacher will get you fired while playing games will not. Yeah... :eyebrow:

Edited for clarity

I don't plan on being an English teacher forever since there really isn't no real future unless you move up with in a company. I plan on trying to get in a reg japanese company.

Good luck with that.
Though I am sure they wouldn't like you playing games during the work day at a Japanese company either.
(Just poking fun. Of course, I really don't care either way what people do with their free time. Except if it is something that makes foreigners look bad...but playing games during work time wouldn't do that, would it?)

Being an ALT, most anything you do is risky. Like writing on this forum. It comes down to how you are at work. Your reputation. And how good you are at looking busy like the rest of the Japanese teachers.
