Yes, I have heard of it. But I don't know much about it.
About 2 years ago at a conference a teacher spoke about it. He said he was really into it.
Yes, it appears to be mainly for J teachers with ideas for lessons etc

Yeah, the 'English' option wasn't there before. But, it's still not English-friendly because, for example, let's say you want to sign-up...the registration is still all in Japanese. I've signed up and am awaiting approval to gain access, but I'm guessing everything inside is all in Japanese.
