Ranking System

Postby Otaku on Wed Feb 04, 2009 10:20 am

I've finally uploaded the entire ranking system images. The rankings are those little pictures under your usernames. This ranking system is probably one of the more extensive systems for ESL/EFL forums on the net. I'm not going to tell you too much about it because I want it to be a surprise but I will say that there are over 50 levels!

Good luck getting to the top!

I'm working how to carry over the post count from the old forum...

I have an idea but I can't work on it right now because I've got about a billion things on my plate right now...

nah, i don't necessarily need my count back, i'm just using a lame dragonball z analogy here. the characters get to the peak of their powers, becoming gods, stronger than the strongest .... whatever, and suddenly... they figure out there's a new level. ;)

BTW, anybody who finishes the ranking system (800+ posts) gets access to a kick a$$ gallery that is secretly hidden. The gallery has over 400 images. It's hella cool!

Good luck!

If this response constitutes a valid reply than I will take that as a yes

I usually try to type responses with more than one syllable. :hehe:

Ummm I think you need to come to Okinawa. SPAM is around 198 to 350 per can here. Okinawa is also the NUMBER ONE consumer of SPAM in the entire country. SPAM is cheap, and imported here from not only the US but China and a number of European countries as well.

SPAM was introduced here following up the disaster of the Battle of Okinawa and now is a mainstay of the local diet used in countless different stir fry dishes called campuru in the local dialect.

Back home, SPAM was a poor person's food.

Maybe down in Okinawa SPAM is cheap but on the 'mainland' (Honshu) it goes for anywhere from 500-600 yen.

Since when has SPAM's image changed to be a delicacy? I rate it up there, granted not as high, with natto...

SPAM is big in Hawaii too from what I understand. And I agree with you about the image of "poor" persons food, that's what I thought about it too.

There are a lot of different types of SPAM now too, Garlic, Low Sodium, Turkey, etc etc......

Okinawa uses pork as a mainstay as a part of it's diet, hell the only part of the pig they dont eat is it's squeal.

Goes for yagi too!......Mmmmm mmmmm good! :munch:
