Personally, I pretty much peruse them all. When I do read through them, then I post the links to the articles I find interesting, especially the ones about the education system in Japan. However, I especially like the Public Library site for when I'm trying to find a specific newspaper in another country.

I like News on Japan
It has feeds to other news papers and so it is more like a compilation of all the news papers.
